How does Nishat advertise new job openings?

We usually advertise current vacancies on our website, LinkedIn, facebook and in popular press. We also sometimes coordinate with career services offices of different universities for new job placements.

The HR department and the relevant department in which the position is open will have access to your information.

If you have provided your email / contact number on the resume, the HR department will get in touch with you via mail or phone if you are shortlisted for a test and/or interview.

What does the recruitment process involve?

We have a stringent hiring criterion. The recruitment process generally involves a series of tests and interviews. Generally only candidates that pass a written test are called in for an interview. However, this may vary depending on specific job requirements.

How long does the shortlisting process take?

Shortlisting process can normally take up to 15- 20 working days. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted after the shortlisting.
